Remove the reflector from

carriage (save the 2 1/4 inch

hex screws) and discard.

Cut gray ground wire

and discard.

Desolder both wires at

motor, discard gray flex

wire, save red wire with

grommet.

Drill one 9/64 hole in bracket

as shown. Measure down

1 inch from edge and center

in the bracket.

Install new ground jumper as shown.
